- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪What is your phone system. You cannot get through just left in a queuing system of 10 people. This seriously needs sorting out. Older people cannot sit for 1/2 hour or more waiting to be answered. How many people do you have to answer the phone ?by Debbie MurraySeptember 06, 2017
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪They need phone training. Held in a queue for 20 minutes, they then pick up the phone and all I hear is somebody typing, I'm shouting "hello" down the phone... to no response.... after a few minutes I disconnect, then I'm back on hold for 30 mins.
